What kind of cuisine do you serve?
The Restaurant serves refined Slovenian and Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on cooking over an open fire. Guests can watch meat being prepared on the open grill right in the dining room. The menu includes dishes such as beef carpaccio with truffles, fresh homemade pasta with crayfish or Istrian truffles, Beef Rossini, saddle of venison and octopus grilled over an open flame.

The Restaurant is open every day from 7:00 to 24:00.
Is The Restaurant part of The Hotel Ljubljana?
Yes. The Restaurant is part of The Hotel Ljubljana and is located in the same building. Hotel guests enjoy à la carte breakfast in the restaurant every morning. The Restaurant also operates independently and is open to all guests for lunch and dinner.

Do you have a terrace with a view of the river?
Yes. The Restaurant has a terrace next to the hotel building leading toward the riverside promenade, while another part of the terrace is directly on the bank of the Ljubljanica, with a direct view of the river near the Cobblers’ Bridge in the old town.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes, several vegetarian dishes are available, including a hummus starter, a starter with confit pear and stracciatella cheese, a cheese selection, a main course of cauliflower steak and fresh green salads.
Is there a dress code?
No, there is no dress code for guests.
Do you have parking?
There is no parking directly next to the restaurant, as it is located in a pedestrian zone. Nearby are the Kongresni trg (5 minutes on foot), Šubičeva (10 minutes) and ŠUMI (8 minutes) car parks.
Do you accept larger groups or private events?
Yes, The Restaurant can accommodate groups of up to 56 people. A reservation and prior arrangement are required so that everything is properly organized for the group.
