Reservations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Guests can make a reservation online at www.therestaurant.si, in writing by email to info@therestaurant.si, by phone on +386 (0)51 404 104 or in person at the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n

Change in provision<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

To change your booking\/cancel your reservation, please contact the contact details above.<\/p>\n\n

Payment of services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The Restaurant accepts the following credit and debit cards for payment of services:<\/p>\n\n

Visa, Mastercard\/Eurocard, Diners, Maestro, JCB, UnionPay<\/p>\n\n

You can also pay for the Restaurant’s services in cash, via a purchase order and invoice or pre-invoice.<\/p>\n\n

The payment method via purchase order is only valid for companies. In this case, the order form must be physically delivered to the restaurant or sent by email to info@therestaurant.si no later than 12 noon on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n\n

If paying by prepayment, a receipt must be sent to info@thehotel.si. The invoice must be settled no later than 24 hours before the guest’s arrival.<\/p>\n\n

Breakfast<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

A la carte breakfast is available at The Restaurant from 07:00 until 11:00.<\/p>\n\n

Pets<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Pets are allowed.<\/p>\n\n

Smoking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Smoking is not allowed in the hotel and restaurant.<\/p>\n\n

Gift vouchers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on each individual gift voucher. If no expiry date is indicated on the gift voucher, the gift voucher will be deemed to be valid for one year from the date of issue. The original gift vouchers must be presented at reception before using the catering services and at check-in.<\/p>\n\n

Raffles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The Restaurant may announce various prize draws on its website or on its Facebook and Instagram profiles. In this case, the general terms and conditions of the prize draws apply.<\/p>\n\n

Applicable law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Slovenian law. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.<\/p>\n\n
